Campbell Community Garden Dues & Projects Fund
Tax deductible
Want to join us in making a difference? We're raising money and collecting dues for Campbell Community Garden, and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to your neighborhood and community. This community garden has been a staple of the Campbell and Hirsch neighborhood for over 20 years, representing the community's love and desire for peaceful, green spaces that nourish our bodies and hearts. Through our membership dues and donations we have been able to:
Expand our garden bed availability with new and improved beds
Increase communal crops with trellising beds
Decrease food waste with an effective, passive composting system
Engage with community and volunteer groups to beautify the space and educate guests to our neighborhood about the history of gardens in Humboldt Park and the role of our residents in making abandoned land into a magical garden space
Offer free seedlings to gardeners and neighbors every spring
We are constantly looking to innovate and improve our space, and find ways to expand our connection to the neighborhood residents, including events and building new spaces, or by making our existing structure and facilities better. Maintaining our financial health is a key part of moving forward with these exciting projects!
