CAMP CARLTON is a FREE 4-DAY PROGRAM held in Opelousas, Louisiana. This fun-filled, performing and visual arts inspired camp is for boys and girls ages 4-12. This camp will include and highlight confidence building, modeling, acting, arts and crafts, fitness, etiquette, talent shows/monologues, and appearances/mentor speeches from many successful mentors from Louisiana who are excelling in their industry. This camp will be fun and inspiring for the children of Louisiana!
CAMP CARLTON is a summer camp program in partnership with the City of Opelousas founded by Opelousas, Louisiana native Carlton Morton. Carlton is an entrepreneur who has appeared on the hit reality television show Real Housewives of Atlanta alongside Supermodel Cynthia Bailey since Season 5 of the show and brought Bailey to Opelousas to host the Louisiana Model Search in May 2017. He is also the founder of Louisiana Dream Academy - a phenomenal program for kids who aspire to be models and/or actors. Carlton's mission is to bring modeling/acting training and opportunities in the arts and beyond to kids in Louisiana. Louisiana Dream Academy hosts Casting Directors from hit network shows like Empire on FOX, STAR on FOX and many other amazing televisions shows and movies, along with celebrity mentors and casting agents.
We are accepting donations from anyone who would like to help get more kids to CAMP CARLTON. The funds raised will cover camp meals, snacks, arts and crafts supplies, photography/videography services, and miscellaneous camp fees. Thanks so much for your support!
