CAN CAZ DO 10K?

Hi,

For some mad reason I have signed up for a 10k run in September in San Miguel de Salinas, Alicante, Spain. (Date yet to be confirmed)

I am doing this run for charity and have chosen 2 different ones that I want to donate the funds I raise to.

Help Vega Baja based in the heart of San Miguel is dedicated to providing support to individuals in need. They really are an amazing, hard working charity. The San Miguel Centre offers advice and information, a charity shop, welfare team and the opportunity to hire mobility equipment with 50% discount for members of the charity. Los Montesinos International Veterinary Center based in the heart of Los Montesinos. They have a team of veterinarians with a long professional career, also practiced in several European countries, hence their name: International. They also have the collaboration of veterinary specialists, who complement their services, to offer your pet a diagnosis and appropriate treatment whatever its pathology. I recently lost my little dog Minni and these guys were absolutely amazing at the end of her life. They go above and beyond to make sure your pet is well looked after right to the end. They came to my house and I can honestly say it was the very best way to say goodbye to my girl.
