Can I raise £100 for Samaritans by Christmas?

Edit: 27th December. Merry Christmas all, I have now removed the donation function in order to end the fundraiser.

Edit: 16th December. Thank you everyone who helped me reach the initial target of £100 within 48 hours! It might be a bit ambitious but I've increased the target to £250 and am hoping we can keep making money for Samaritans. In the meantime, donors can expect to receive the song (digital only) by the end of next week - hopefully Weds/Thursday. Thank you!

Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of Samaritans and every donation will help. Anyone who donates will receive my Christmas song 'Don't Go' via email as a thank you, prior to the release date.

How it works:
Donate as little as £1 and provide your email address, and I will send you an advance version of my single 'Don't Go' prior to the release date for your listening pleasure. The song is currently at the mastering phase so I would hope to send it soon, and you have the option of signing up to my mailing list about future recordings also.

About the song:
The song is inspired by the shocking suicide rates in the UK, particularly for men; in August, gov.uk reported that more than 70% of the suicides were young men taking their own lives. This seems tragic and inexplicable.
I certainly don't think my song will save the world, however, I want to impart the small message that yes, life can be hard, and yes, the hardest moments feel never-ending; but there could be something just around the corner. So, don't go; hang on, just a little longer, because there is love here.

More information about Samaritans: Samaritans' vision is that fewer people die by suicide. Every 90 minutes, someone in the UK or Ireland dies by suicide, and every six seconds, somebody contacts Samaritans for help. All money goes directly to Samaritans, so please do make a difference by helping me achieve my £100 target this Christmas.

Thank you to James Mason at Island Farm Studios, Sam Neild, master Masterer, Ben Williams, artwork maestro and consultant extraordinaire, Dave Matthews, star guitarist, Mo Moshall, extraordinarily talented pianist, Ollie Pratley, a young drummer to watch. You have all taken the song from a daydream of a sketch to a clear and powerful message.
