Can you help fender get the heart treatment he needs?

Hi, fender is a 2 year old XL bully who as most of you may know require certain measures to be LEGALLY OWNED , fenders last step for this is to be castrated , however , he was born with a heart murmur which should have disappeared by now , at his latest vet check up for his boosters they have made us aware that his heart murmur has not gone may in-fact be heart failure , or holes in his heart , to determine this he needs to go under several tests including scans and ultrasounds on his heart and surrounding areas, The vet has stated that without this scan and a diagnosis or pass that his legal castration will not go ahead therefore going against the governments needs. this was all a huge shock so we are raising money to help his owner so that fender can get the tests and scans that he needs to go forward with treatment , and can then back on track with the laws on XL BULLYS. please if you can donate or share to help us raise the money that fender needs for his potentially life saving treatment.
