Can you help Mason with Transition Funds?

Eight years ago if you told me that I would finally start the process of getting Top Surgery, like all the men in the youtube transition timeline videos I watched, I would have cried. The last couple of years have been rough on all of us, but allow me to introduce myself. Hi, I am Mason. I’m a freshly graduated, young, college student and I appreciate you taking the time to read my story. I came out when I was thirteen, it didn’t necessarily go well. My family wasn’t supportive and didn’t acknowledge me, even after coming out an additional four times. They refused to let me tell my extended family and tried to brush my identity under the rug like it was some confused phase I would eventually grow out of. Only I didn’t grow out of it. Instead, I tried to make something of myself. I went to college, graduated, and then when trying to scour the job market post-covid realized I had to move back in with my family if I was to even attempt to pay off the 20,000 dollars of student debt I had wracked up. So here I am, uninsured, moving back in with my unsupportive family who decided while I was pursuing my education that they needed to move somewhere that was more affordable and aligned with their politics, the Southern part of the United States. This dangerous decision was not something I took lightly and in turn, it has taken quite a toll on my mental state. Particularly, with all of the legislation being pushed to eradicate transgender individuals across the country. However, It also gave me the reality check I needed to start thinking about my transition as something feasible and within my grasp to accomplish. Unfortunately, I still have a long road ahead of me if I want to continue saving for Top Surgery, applying for legal name changes, and paying off my student loans. If you would like to help me on this journey I would greatly appreciate it. Every cent counts right now, mainly because I will likely be unable to work for a bit after the operation. Even if you can’t help financially, sharing this link, getting the word out, offering kind words to your trans loved ones, or helping another trans person's crowdfunding would make me so grateful.
**I intend to put any excess funds that are not used in my personal transition journey back into other trans individuals crowdfunding who need assistance as well.**
Stay Safe and with Love,
Mason
