Canaan Bower Memorial Fund
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Laurel Cutting, better known as Auntie to Canaan. As many of you know, my nephew Canaan Bower was taken too soon from this earth on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, due to a motorcycle accident.
He spent most of his time hanging out with friends and family, working on his beloved truck, camping, off-roading, welding, and helping others. I can't even count the number of times he was ready and willing to help me at a moment's notice, and this was true for anyone who asked for his assistance. His willingness to step in and help others led him to his most famous act of heroism when he put himself in the line of danger to subdue a man threatening a woman and her children at a gas station bus stop.
Many people have asked how they can help or what they can do to support Canaan's family through this trying time. We have set up this fundraiser to help cover his funeral expenses for those who want to donate money.
Canaan was a friend to all, and a stranger was just a friend he hadn't yet met. He loved everyone and was known for his giant size hugs and letting you know he loved you every day. If you can be anything in this life, be a Canaan ❤️
