Cancer Care and Support for Pastor Brenda Bowie

Mrs. Brenda Bowie has dedicated her life to her community, friends, family, and ministry. She is a talented Certified Public Accountant and tax preparer and a mother, Wife, Colleague, Pastor, Event Planner, Election worker, Home Chef, Grand Mother, Mother-In-Law, Great Grand Mother, and stellar, lively and devoted friend.

In the last decade, she has contributed remarkable tenacity to her community, ministry and church family while tackling various challenges of assisting the community as a CPA and giving her clients the best guidance. I lost my mom and dad over the last three years and have looked at Mrs. Brenda as a mother even though she is my mother-in-law.

Our dear mother recently began to experience an odd constellation of symptoms, including fatigue and pain, prompting a medical work-up. The results led to her devastating finding of advanced cancer stage in June 2022. As you know, this painful journey that lies ahead requires love, support, Faith, and leaning on God to grant her healing, grace, peace, and understanding. We pray and seek God for his healing power and blessing to her life. More importantly, she prays for her family, for God to calm the hurt and pain in their hearts as they pray for her healing.

While additional tests need to be performed to elucidate her exact diagnosis and next steps, we know that Mrs. Brenda and her family have a tough road ahead. Mrs. Brenda is the most devoted and giving individual that I've met. Mrs. Brenda has the heart to aid others and has helped those in need regardless of the price and sacrifice. Now is the time for us to come together to return our love and support to Pastor Brenda Bowie.
