Cancer care for Jhanet

Jhanet Sebunya is a doctoral student at IUP and  a young mother of a 2 year old. She was recently diagnosed with an aggressive stage 3 breast cancer, a  diagnosis that was very painful and difficult to accept.She is currently receiving treatment i.e. chemotherapy, surgery and radiation to control and reduce her cancer, which has made her very weak. With her husband and family in Uganda, Jhanet lives here on her own. She is unable to work and expenses have piled up. Help is urgently needed.

We therefore are kindly requesting funds to help with all aspects of her cancer fight. Living with cancer is difficult and demanding. But it is living. Let us help this young mother access all the care and resources that she needs to complete her cancer treatments and move forward with her studies.

We appreciate  every  last dollar and what  it can  do  for Jhanet  as she moves  to continue  her  fight!
