Cancer has struck another beautiful soul

My mother Joanne Jacob is in her final days with her fight with cancer. This is her 4th round with this horrible disease and her little body just couldn’t handle anymore treatments, all treatment has stopped and hospice has been called in, the family is doing there best to cover her needs and expenses. She resides in Alabama with her husband of over 30 years who is also not physically well, myself and brother live in New York and do our best to help our sister and father with her care but we can only do so much. They only have social security and she only has Medicare which does not help with any funeral costs or home health aids, the family is stretched really thin but doing all we can. We are a family who never asks anyone for help, doing this is very difficult to ask for help, however it is our last resort and our responsibility now is to make sure our mama goes without worry and in peace and peace of mind .
