Cancer medical bills and deductibles

Hi my name is Billy. On Saturday I was in a minor, slow speed motorcycle accident. A man came out in front of me on a peddle bike and I had 2 options, hit him or lay my bike down. With a split second to make my choice of course I chose to lay my bike down. I ended up hurting my leg, a ambulance was called and they took me to the hospital. I was thinking I just pulled a muscle or something and it would be a quick in and out visit at the er. The Dr ordered a CT scan just in case there was anything else wrong and after the scan was done the Dr came into the room and gave me the worst news I've ever gotten. 1st I broke my pelvis bone in 3 spots due to the fact there is cancer in my bones. Turns out I have stage 4 lung cancer that started in my lungs and has moved to my bones. I was shocked. I'm healthy and I had no symptoms. This crushed my family. Now we don't know what to do as far as getting treatment, paying all the new medical bills on top of our regular bills. I'm now laid up in a hospital, can't move my right leg and no way for me to go to work and support my kids and ol lady. My only choice is to come here, swallow my pride and ask for help. I just want to say thank you in advance for any help you can give.
