Hello everyone. I am raising funds to Help, Aid and Assist my Mother, Dawn, who was diagnosed with Breast Cancer (both breasts) HER2 positive breast cancer with nodal metastasis at the beginning of February 2023 and will eventually have double breast mastectomy surgery this year if her health improves. She has had already 12 Chemotherapy infusion treatments, has had an allergic reaction to one cycle of Taxol needing hospitalization for a week with a blood transfusion. Two months later she was again hospitalized due to the chemo reaction and hospitalized again needing 2 more units of blood. One month later she had some vaginal bleeding and was diagnosed with uterine cancer and lump inside. She has had 6 biopsies and one pelvic biopsy, a PET scan that found all these problems and still goes to chemotherapy and follow up visits every other week. I now live with here and I have never asked for help or a hand out before. I cook and clean for the both of us and drive her to all appointments and have now come to a place and time needing help. All of her finances and retirement are depleted and most of my personal finance can last for a year of less. Her Medicare and supplemental plan have paid for most services and treatments, but she has many outstanding bills that have already gone into Collection agencies this summer and there is very little I can do as her son and caregiver and sole family member involved. I have asked and Prayed for help and still my Mother will remain humble and proud in all situations and health conditions in her life.
