Cancer patient and family facing eviction

My mom has stage 4 bile duct cancer. It is incurable. Our landlady, today, informed us we have 30 days to find a new place to live. She is renovating the duplex and will be doubling the rent. We do not have the money for a new place to live. We need, first, last, and a deposit. Mom's cancer medical bills are wiping us out financially. I am her main caretaker and it is hard for me to take a job that takes me away from the house for long periods. My mom can no longer work. my fiance, Cindy has a job and is the main breadwinner, but that isn't enough for us to get a new place to live.

We desperately need help.
