Cancer patient Christine navigates positively

I know Christine personally and when I saw her story in the Jamaican observer, I asked in disbelief if this was  my friend Christine. Christine comes from my home town in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

Christine Nelson - Soutar , (36 years young), was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer in 2018 while pregnant. After spending lots of money in the US and in Jamaica for consulting and 2nd opinions. She had to delay treatment until after baby was born, which cost about $5mil Jamaican dollars. She has been paying tremendously with no positive treatment. Apart from the physical and emotional scars, she has been wounded financially as well.

 

She later discovered that the cancer has spread to her bones, however she remains positive and determined to FIGHT for her life for the sake of her 2 young boys who need their mom to be healthy.

 

She has been private and handling the finances without outreach, however, the cost keeps piling up. So we are asking for support to help further her treatment which will be in the US.
