Our family is once again in need of any help available. Our son, André, was again diagnosed with a cancerous tumor is his brain and surgery was already done to get it removed. He will however have to get radiation. The funds raised will go towards medical bills and housing and food for our stay in Houston, again, when he starts radiation treatment soon.
André was first diagnosed with Metastatic Ewing Sarcoma in April 2022. After intense Chemotreatment and six weeks of Radiation treatment, he was cleared in November 2022.
His scans in February 2023 didn't show any active cancer. In April André started getting headaches and when it got to the point where medication didn't ease the pain, we took him for a CAT scan. A huge tumor was discovered and 2 days later it was removed. There is a spot that was also discovered after surgery in the back of his head and the plan is that Radiation will get rid of that.
We as a family are very grateful for all the help and support from everyone.

Update 7/7/23. Another tumor made it's way to our boy. It is a soft tissue tumor behind his left ear. There is also a blood clot and he will get blood thinners to get that resolved. André is a very strong 17 year young man and is very positive and he has a lot of faith. But this one hit him hard. He is emotional and feel drained at the moment. Please pray for him? He needs a lot of prayers.
