Silvern Maganda is a fun loving and carefree 9year old, son to Charles Mulamba and Allen Nagaddya living in Uganda. In June 2024 he was unfortunately diagnosed with a brain tumor ( thalamic Glioma) Charles is a well established bio-medical practitioner who has worked tirelessly around malaria vaccination and research serving his own community and others without ceasing. In this difficult and challenging time, financial assistance is needed to pay for much needed urgent surgery in India to remove the tumor before it spreads.
