Candice Riley's Fight Against Cancer

Hi my name is Sheila and I am raising money for Candice Riley our daughter-in-law who was born and raised in Globe and is married to our son/stepson Gregg Riley. In 2020 she had a benign breast tumor removed but in May of 2021 a second tumor was discovered and this time it was malignant and she underwent a mastectomy. In August of 2022 she was given the devastating news that her cancer had metastasized to both lungs. Candice underwent inpatient chemotherapy at MD Anderson Cancer Center and eventually had surgery on one lung and 2/3 of her lung was removed. The other tumor had shrunk enough to do an ablation surgery which would not require any removal of her lung but in December it was discovered that the cancer spread to her spine and the tumor in her lung had quickly doubled in size.

This GoFundMe is being set up to help the family with mounting medical bills and other financial obligations so they can focus on spending time with Candice and not have to worry about financial issues any amount is greatly appreciated and the family is very grateful for all the prayers and thoughts they have received.
