Candidacy for Power Ranch HOA Board

As a 9 year resident of Power Ranch, I have enjoyed living and raising my family here and until very recently had felt that the HOA was being managed fairly well.

But between recent CCMC financial mismanagement, another round of dues increases, selective enforcement of HOA rules and homeowners receiving rude and disrespectful treatment from board members and CCMC employees alike, homeowners are now showing up in droves to board meetings!! It is time for change !!

I, Ken Starks, have joined with two other very level headed and concerned homeowners: Anh Jung and Michael Stone who see the same problems!! Together, we aim to promote and provide:

1). Transparent and two-way communication about all things management related....budgets , polices and practices, future outlook etc., and a safe place for ALL homeowners to come and have their equal voice heard with respect and understanding. Especially on important issues like overnight parking, dues and short-term rentals.

2) Fiscal responsibility and wise use of our homeowner funds! WeTheHomeowners are entitled to have our funds preserved. The Board ( not CCMC ) needs to maintain proper control over that usage.

3) Quality services and forward looking policies to help insure that Power Ranch ages gracefully; insuring that families find Power Ranch desirable and that property values remain strong!

Your funds will be used for one purpose only -- to deliver campaign messaging to every homeowner in Power Ranch! That will include postcards, yard signs, and other messaging methods and tools!
