Cannoli: A Brave French Bulldog Fighting for life

Dear friends, family, and animal lovers,

I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart as our beloved French Bulldog, Cannoli, is fighting for her life after a tragic accident. Just a few days ago, our 3-year-old fur baby was hit by a heartless driver right outside our home while my 15-year-old daughter was taking her for a walk. The driver callously sped away, leaving Cannoli in critical condition.

Cannoli is currently in the ICU, battling severe injuries that include lung contusions, a broken pelvis, fractured ribs, a damaged liver, and potential additional fractures that require further X-rays for identification. The impact of the accident has led to free blood in her abdomen, though not in overly concerning amounts. She is bravely enduring this pain in an oxygen tank, receiving pain medications, but remains unable to eat.

As we stand by her side, we are faced with the daunting task of affording the necessary medical treatments and surgeries to give Cannoli a fighting chance at recovery. We are anxiously awaiting a surgeon's consultation to determine the best course of action.
