As we step into this new season, we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible journey Cantabile Chamber Singers has embarked on with your support. We’ve not only emerged from the unique challenges of recent years but are now experiencing an invigorating surge in our artistic momentum. We believe in the transformative power of collective creativity and collaboration. Our mission is to create and perform programs of stunning vocal beauty that inspire and engage our audiences. Your past support has directly empowered us to bring bold new projects to life, and deepen our connections within local communities ~ with gratitude, Cheryll Chung, Artistic Director.

We need your help:

To continue our professional development and elevate our performances, we are seeking to raise funds for the following key areas:

Vocal Coaches & Stage Directors: Working with professional vocal coaches and stage directors is essential for us to refine our core sound, improve our stage presence, and challenge ourselves artistically. Your support will help us bring in experts who can guide us in achieving new heights in our performances.

Collaborations with Living Composers & Professional Musicians: We believe in the importance of working with living composers and professional musicians, not only to enrich our musical repertoire but also to support these talented artists with fair and equitable compensation for their contributions. Your donation will allow us to continue these collaborations and ensure that these artists are fairly paid for their work.

Equitable Payment for Our Artistic Director: Our Artistic Director plays a crucial role in shaping our sound and guiding our musical direction. It’s important to us that we provide equitable compensation for her hard work and dedication. Your contributions will help us maintain this standard of fairness.

Operating Expenses: Running a choir involves many behind-the-scenes costs, such as purchasing new music, printing posters, and creating programs for our concerts. These expenses, while necessary, can add up quickly. Your support will help us cover these costs, ensuring that we can continue to share our music with the community.

Music Festivals: To share our music on a broader stage and gain invaluable experience, we aspire to participate in choral festivals that require travel, accommodations, and registration fees. These festivals offer us a unique opportunity to grow artistically, connect with other passionate musicians, and represent our community on a larger scale.
