Cape to Cairo in support of indigo volunteers

On January 16th, I'll arrive in to Cape Town, South Africa to ride a bicycle all the way to Cairo, Egypt. Along the way, I'm hoping to raise £10,000 to support the ongoing work of UK-based charity @indigovolunteers. Indigo play a huge role in providing much-needed volunteers to grassroot humanitarian projects around the world. They offer a free service to people who are looking to volunteer.

With over 75 charities in their ever-growing family, they make a huge impact on each project by matching the right volunteers to the right charity. You may have come across @helprefugeesuk who right now are working tirelessly with the indigo team on the refugee crisis in Samos, Greece.  For indigo to keep doing the incredible work they're doing, they need some support. I will be pushing my body and mind to its limit to help this project, so your support would mean the world to me and the team at indigo.

Over the past two years, as I've explored different parts of the world, I've experienced first hand the hardship that many people face. In seeing this and helping out where I could, I've learned that there is so much we can learn from giving our time to helping others. I truly believe that the act of service should be experienced by all. Offering time, love, music or whatever you can to those in need will change not only their lives but yours to.  If you're interested in giving some of your time to helping out, one of the lovely team at indigo would love to hear from you. Visit their website here: https://indigovolunteers.org I look forward to sharing my adventure with you all along the way. It's going to be one hell of a ride!
