Help the Capps Family in Crisis
Donation protected
On Friday, April 17, Emma (8), Micah (6), and Maisy (3), very suddenly lost their beloved father, Andrew Capps, when he took his life at age 28. These young children lost not only an irreplaceable part of their family, but also the person who was their primary financial support.
Ashley, their 27-year-old mother, relied on her husband’s income to keep a roof over their heads and to pay for childcare while she worked as well. They are left not only emotionally devastated, but will now also need help in dealing with the financial burden of this tragic loss as well.
Ashley has a promising career in social media, which she originally kicked off with a popular blog she built from the ground up. Her hard work and enterprise eventually led to a new career in social media marketing. We have no doubt that Ashley will continue to rely on her ingenuity and deep strength to usher her children through this time of grief and come out strong on the other side.
But in the meantime, this family needs help not only with medical and funeral expenses, but also with the costs of keeping Emma, Micah, and Maisy in the house they call home and the childcare that will allow Ashley to continue to work to keep them afloat through this tragic time.
Andrew’s death has left the Capps family bereft. When someone so young takes his own life, it is an unmistakable tragedy. When that person is a father of three young children, a deep crisis is left in his wake.
Ashley, Emma, Micah, and Maisy need your help. Every single dollar will help as they try to find their way in their new lives. Please give whatever you can to help this family. Thank you so much for your thoughts, prayers, and financial contributions through this extremely difficult time.

May you find peace, Andrew.

We have known Ashley for seven years as a collective of mothers who lean on each other for support, advice, and hope. She has been there for each of us whenever we needed help along the way. Now we want to be there for her and her amazing children. Ashley was incredibly hesitant to let us post this to raise some money for her, but we finally convinced her that it is okay to ask for help.
