Help Cure SMA for Captain Jack

Captain Jack was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 1 [SMA] on October 14, 2015. He was born August 21, 2015, a perfectly healthy 8 lb 3 oz. Around three weeks of life, Jack suddenly lost movement in his arms and legs. He is a very special boy to his Mommy and family. He is so loved and his family plans to do everything possible to help make him better. Currently, Jack is a patient at Children's Medical Center at Dallas. He is being seen by that best doctors in the pediatric departments of Neuerology, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Ocupational Therapy. Jack and his mama reside 500 miles south of Children's MC and will be traveling back and forth for the time ahead.
