Car accident damages and funds for another vehicle

On 11/20 Shane was coming home and fell asleep while driving and was in a horrible accident. The car was unfortunately totaled but thankfully Shane doesn’t have any serious injuries. He did have a minor concussion that healed on its own and his bruised shoulder and rib are slowly healing. We both don’t have medical insurance since we’ve only been in Colorado a few months. Right now we need funds for another car as soon as possible since we both work. We are both very thankful that this situation wasn’t any worse and that he is alive.
