Car Accident Leaves Student Struggling

On January 15, 2025, I was in a car accident after being struck on my driver's side by a truck. I have poured so much money into my car, but after this accident, it is most likely totaled. Insurance claims are not looking too good either, as the at-fault party has not taken liability.

I am currently without a car, as a full-time student living independently in Colorado, as well as I have two jobs where I teach children, and my attendance is crucial. Already being in medical debt, these funds would help pay for a rental car as well as the repairs and/or a new car, and will cover any medical bills not supported by insurance.
