Ministry Car for the Chau Family

Dear brothers and sisters,

For the past eight years, we have been ministering to international students at NYU. Kenny's role is in church mobilization, professional mentorship, evangelism and discipleship. Cindy co-leads a parent support group.

We have been so grateful to have a vehicle for family and ministry. We regularly pack our 6-passenger vehicle with students so that they return home safely after fellowship and other gatherings. We take international students with us on family day trips so they can experience being part of our family. We also help students move and drive them to the airport.

This year, we began praying for a replacement for our 2010 Mazda5. This is because our well-used car has broken down multiple times. The repairs are costly. Just before Thanksgiving, our car broke down on the highway. Fortunately, our family was able to exit safely, but it was very worrisome.

With clarity in God's leading, we are raising funds to purchase a reliable 6-8 passenger vehicle. As winter quickly approaches, we plan to purchase a car now. By faith, we continue to have unwavering trust that God will provide. He has always taken care of our family as we obey His call to make Him known among the nations.
