Car Payment due to Identity Theft

Hello,

I’m not one to ask for help or to put my struggles out there, but we are in need. I have to suck up my pride and ask because I have exhausted all my options. A couple of months ago, Tony, my husband had his identity stolen. And when they stole his identity they reversed many of our bill payments from months ago. In total, it was close to 5,000.00. We have been able to catch up on everything, but the remaining 1000.00 dollars we need to have to catch up our car payment. The bank won’t help because they have said that the authorizations that were made, were authentic due to the information the hackers obtained. We have tried everything.
