Car stolen twice,written off after second theft.

My daughter had her livelihood stolen from less than 20 feet away from her. She is a self employed delivery person and was standing on a front step when three males walked by then 1 came back and jumped in the front seat and took off with her car. The car was taken to the dealership to have new keys programmed for it because the keys were not recovered with the 2 thieves that were apprehended. Within hours of being towed to the dealership the car was stolen by 1 male who had a key for the ignition. 
The next day the car was located and is a complete write off. Please help even if it's just a few dollars, because every little bit helps.
