Car theft of essential audio equipment

On Friday July 8th, my car was broken into and my audio bag as well as my backpack I use for school was stolen from my car. The total amount of stolen items comes out to a little over $6,000 worth of equipment. Although we do have insurance, it will only cover a couple hundred dollars worth of gear. Both bags were full of my equipment I use to perform shows as well as working on my school work as I study for audio engineering. My whole life I've played music and wanted to be a professional musician. Just recently I have turned that dream into a reality. I have been performing for a few years and gradually building up my collection of gear and skills. However, this robbery is a major setback and breaks my heart to see all the work I've put in over the past years just be taken away in one night. As a musician, I don't make very much from each show but it has been enough for me to get by and still invest back into my gear. What I'm asking for in this go fund me will be enough for me to buy back the essentials and get back on my feet so I can start making money again. It will allow me to continue growing my business and hone my skills, not only as a musician or audio engineer but as a small business owner as well.
