Car was stolen , need car and a lawyer

Recently while delivering pizzas for a living 2 teenage boys ( one 19 yrs old the other 15 ) decided to steal the car my girlfriend and I worked so hard for . They were chased by police and and wrecked the car , flipping or rolling it multiple times while fleeing . I had full coverage and the insurance ( progressive ) is refusing to pay , denying my claim because I delivered a pizza which they claim is commercial use of my car and not covered by full coverage . Talking to a lawyer , who seems to think I have a case , but as of yet ... Has not mentioned anything about his payment . They boys will be facing charges from the state ( both wisconsin and illinois ) as soon as they get out of the hospital . Your assistance is much appreciated .
