Help Cardino with Accident Recovery

My best friend, Cardino, was involved in a terrible hit-and-run accident. He was on his new go-kart, when an all-black dirt bike with no headlights came flying through our neighborhood at over twice the speed limit and hit him. The dirt bike then took off, leaving Cardino on the street critically injured. When the bike hit, it did severe damage to his right leg before breaking both bones. Thanks to some amazing neighbors, he was able to get immediate aid that saved his life. Despite this, he is spending a lengthy amount of time in a hospital and will have to undergo multiple surgeries. He has a long road ahead of him and as a result, I am asking for anyone able, please help him out in any way you can. His return to work is going to be greatly delayed by this process, and with no suspect currently in custody for the hit-and-run, he is going to have an extra burden that I don't want him to bear on top of his recovery. He's a great guy and didn't deserve this. If you can donate, I, his family, and his fiancee, would be very grateful to anyone for helping him through a difficult time.
