CARE Club's Mask Drive for Project WeHOPE
Donation protected
The CARE Club is a student-run club at Mountain View High School. We aim to spread awareness about mainstream diseases, and provide volunteer opportunities to help those in need.
To help out our community during the COVID-19 crisis, we are holding a mask drive for Project WeHOPE , a nonprofit homeless shelter located in Palo Alto, CA. They address multiple challenges that the homeless face and collaborate with organizations to provide COVID-19 protection, food, shelter, job training, life skill classes, and more.
90% of all donations will be spent on high quality cloth masks which will be donated to Project WeHOPE. The other 10% will be spent on improving future club projects. For every $5 you donate, one mask will be donated!
This drive will take place from Monday, August 24th to Saturday, September 19th. Please spread the word and thank you so much for your donations and support!
