Care for Colleen - Medical Expenses

Two weeks ago, Colleen Head was unexpectedly diagnosed with a brain tumor. Life has changed incredibly fast for our friend, but her excellent care team is moving just as fast. Our role on this team is to ensure that Colleen’s focus can remain on healing.

Colleen is scheduled to undergo removal surgery on Tuesday, April 12 with an exceptional neurosurgeon from the University of Miami Health. The price of this procedure is simply not a cost that a single mother of two can afford without significant impact to her family.

Our current goal reflects the projected out-of-pocket cost for the removal surgery without accounting for pathology and subsequent medical care. Should Colleen require further treatments, we will adjust the goal to meet her needs.
