CARE for Durham

CARE for Durham focuses on Conserve Arrowhead's Rural Environment for the benefit of all Durham residents. The draft Durham Comprehensive Plan keeps Arrowhead rural, outside the Urban Growth Boundary. A proposed change would put it inside the Urban Growth Boundary and designate the area as Mixed Use Neighborhood. The funds will be used to pay for legal assistance and for expert help.
