Care Wiki nonprofit organization
Donation protected
Care Wiki is a non-profit organization based in high schools as a club, providing incentives for students to share useful knowledge and valuable information in the form of science journalism for our community to stay healthy. Care Wiki provides opportunities and motivations for students to study and research the latest issues in the medical industry and to broaden their knowledge. Our aim is to condense the scientific articles to make sure the right information gets to the public in digestible chunks.
This way, Care Wiki is providing quality volunteering opportunities for the youth, spreading awareness, along helping our community to stay connected and healthy!
As Care Wiki is currently a start-up organization led by high school students, we would greatly appreciate any and every donation made to help Care Wiki complete registration, maintain our website, and most importantly, expand Care Wiki to various high schools and impact our community even more.
Your donation will not only be valued by just the organization but by all the people that you will be positively impacting including high school students and the general public.
Care Wiki recently started its new project of making mask straps. We are making mask straps to donate to educators in schools in the DFW area. In addition, we are involving Liberty High students in the project by having students make the mask straps as a volunteering opportunity! Mask straps are essential in the times of COVID 19. Mask Strap helps keep your mask close at hand, so you are not fumbling in your bag or digging into your pocket for it. With a mask strap, it is very convenient when you are taking your mask on and off throughout your day.
We are in need of funds to purchase the necessary materials for the masks we are making. We would greatly appreciate any and every donation!
We recently donated over 200 mask straps to Liberty High School teachers and they absolutely enjoy them! Here is a message from one of our French teachers.
“I used it all day today at Liberty and CHS. I took both my morning classes outside and was able to unmask and not worry about where I had put the mask when I needed it again. Same when I transitioned over to CHS for the rest of my day.”
Thank you so much!"
