Getting our students college and career-ready!

Tax deductible
With more obstacles than ever during these last two years, we are mobilizing to raise $1,500 to help our current seniors as they prepare for graduation. Each year, the Career Connections Program develops transition plans for all students 14 years old and up. The program provides vocational training opportunities, financial assistance with college application fees, professional attire for interviews, and assists students to earning their high school diplomas. We are eager to return to pre-pandemic services, such as providing local college tours and offering work-study programs.

Help us pave the way forward for them by being a contributor to our vital Career Connections Program!

Our mission is to provide a highly specialized educational and therapeutic program for students identified with emotional disabilities, as well as those with social, emotional, and learning challenges, preparing them to be lifelong learners. Our vision is "all students experience success." Our purpose is to inspire, uplift, and motivate our students to strive for a bright future and believe they can achieve their dreams. The Foundation Schools is a non-public, non-profit special education day school which delivers innovative school programs and support services for children and adolescents with emotional disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. The Foundation Schools serves students in grades K-12 from throughout the greater Washington area.
