Carelon Movember & 5k

This year, Carelon Global Solutions Ireland is raising money in aid of the Limerick Mental Health Association (LMHA), and every donation will make a difference. LMHA is currently fundraising to open a Solace Cafe in Limerick City, and our staff will be participating in Movember to support their cause.

Founded in 2002 by a group of dedicated individuals, LMHA addresses the urgent need for support and resources for those affected by mental health challenges in the local community. Over the years, the association has been pivotal in raising awareness, reducing stigma, and promoting positive mental health through various programmes and initiatives. Today, LMHA continues to be a vital resource for individuals and families seeking support and guidance on their mental health journeys.
