Caribbean Students' Association Pageant - Jewell

Hello everyone, my name is Jewell Berkel, I am a student at Florida State University majoring in Dietetics and minoring in Chemistry. I am pleased to announce that I will be contestant #2 in the spring 2024 pageant for the Caribbean Students' Association here at FSU. When I am crowned Miss CSA I plan on increasing the accessibility of resources to those in food deserts as well as those who experience food insecurity in Tallahassee through volunteer work and donation; I also plan on providing adequate nutrition education to the community as these deficits are the leading factors of disease amongst black and brown communities who deserve to stay strong with lives prolonged.
