Carifika - A Global Initiative

Carifika is a non-profit, global initiative to set up African-Caribbean ecosystems across the world. Its purpose is to empower people of African descent socially and economically. By setting up Carifika's all over the world, it would make it easier for people to navigate the area when you either visit or if you live there. We look to educate our people on financial literacy so that we can have spending power and keep our money circulating among ourselves and build the African family by expressing our culture and practicing our traditions.

We already have a Carifika registered in Toronto, Canada (Incorporation number 1120202-2) as one of the headquarters as the starting of this initiative.

We are taking this step as an organization on a global scale where we would like to establish African-Caribbean Communities that will span all over the world.

We are asking for $1,000,000 as a pilot to set up Carifika's in critical areas where they are being established. It's time we go back into our ways where we practice group economics by buying from one another and supporting our brothers and sisters.

The money would go into the expenses setting up Carifika's globally and in the creation of programs that would benefit people and businesses. We are asking the community to assist in this pilot program as we look to create institutions, housing development.

3. Events & Programs for each Carifika as a start
4. Establish a building or office  in Africa and the Caribbean
5. Equipment for the staff who are in Africa and the Caribbean
6. Generators to buy for the staff in Africa and the Caribbean as sometimes  people do not have power or internet for days
7. Create a think tank for the businesses - Manifesto
