Caring 4 Cooper

Cooper Emerson Nesbit was born on November 3rd, 2018.  Shortly after his birth, he was diagnosed with microcephaly, cerebral palsy, and a seizure disorder.  Cooper’s initial prognosis wasn’t great, however he’s recently taken a turn for the worse over the last few weeks with multiple seizures daily and several hospital stays. 

Cooper’s team at UVA have given him less than 6 months to live at this time.  This has been absolutely heartbreaking to his family and friends.

Your generous donation to this campaign will go towards helping mom and dad (Kristie and Chris) take Cooper on a bucket list of adventures and experiences (including his first plane ride to visit Illinois!), help to cover Cooper’s many medical bills, and alleviate the burial costs.

No parent should ever have to bury their child and we thank all of you for supporting the Nesbit’s as they go through this difficult time in their lives.
