Carjacked At Local Gas Station. Need Help

Hi my name is Angelo Austin, and I am fundraising because around 11:40 p.m. last night I was carjacked for my new car at the BP gas station located at 15100 7 Mile Rd by a group of young men believed to be in their late teens or early twenties. I was leaving the gas station, and I didn't realize it until I was back in the car. I quickly hopped out to grab it, but as soon as I reached down, I heard a commotion behind me, and some guy in front of me saying, "ayee what they doing" to which I turned around and saw one of the suspects already close to my car door he showed his gun, and I can't even lie I froze. he hopped in the car and sped off with the other car that he was originally in which was a 2019-2021 Chrysler 300 Light Blue with Ohio plates. I waited three hours for officers to finally show. I called them at 11:44 they didn't show up until 2:50 AM. Once I finally got the report, I was able to go home, get on my laptop and try to track my iPhone. The dummies didn't notice my phone was still in there. I called them immediately at 4:30 AM and notified them of the location. I was told on a recorder line that officers would be dispatched and I would receive a call back. I never received a callback, and when I called both the 12th and 8th precincts, I was told no officers were ever dispatched. The phone was in that location all night in the vehicle, and now this morning, the phone moved locations to battle creek and then stopped tracking after that. I hate to ask for help because I've always favored the saying "Be the lender and not the Borrower," but if you could spare anything to help me pay for a new vehicle, I would greatly appreciate it.
