Carjacking victim Literally Lost Everything

Hello my name is Ruben Larragoitiy. My 13 year old German Shepard Dodger and myself were Carjacked 2 weeks ago. I recently removed my belongings from storage into my car and was getting ready to start my new job and getting a place for Dodger and i to live. All of my belongings were taken from me and my dog was taken as well. I got my car back with damages and thank god my Dodger was unharmed. But i lost LITERALLY EVERYTHING THAT I OWNED EXCEPT THE CLOTHES ON MY BACK. I start my new job with Caltrans next week but my first paycheck wont arrive until July 1st 2023 since we get paid quarterly. I am down to my last 11 dollars and we could use some help. I am asking for up to 8 thousand dollars for my gas, food, some clothing and medication for Dodger and a place to live.I also have to pay a few people bavk that I have borrowed money from. I thank god for my very close friend who has been helping me make my car payments. .As an ex-fire fighter, I have seen first hand when families lose everything in a house fire. And now I am experiencing the same feelings that they had it is a very empty feeling knowing that all that your belongings are gone . In closing if I receive more than what I'm asking for I will donate 450 dollars to a special needs family in Dodgers honor. I'm a survivor this is a very rough road that I am on but the person who did this to us was arrested and was released the day after I was dragged by my own car for 10 to 15 yards and then I had to let go and injured my shoulder so I am facing that in the future hopefully the laws will change and keep people like him behind bars for a long time thank you for your time and God bless all of you. ..
