Carl Cook's funeral expenses

With a heavy heart our family is asking for assistance with funeral expenses for our husband/father/grandfather/brother Carl Cook. Carl Cook has gone to be with the lord on September 30th. Those who knew him, knew what a great man he was. He would help anyone without hesitation and loved everyone he ever met.
