Carl Eskew's Medical Fund

Hi everyone- As most of you know our dad, Carl Eskew, has had some medical problems and has medical bills piling up quicker than we can keep up!  Carl has had to have a toe removed after several surgeries and has been out of work for several months and still unable to resume his normal daily life and work.  My brother and I have worked to help out as much as we can.  He is still healing and making progress slowly.  He has split his time between Texas and Arkansas completing daily wound care until he can return back to Yukon, OK full time.  Even then it will still be some time before he will be able to work and operate his equipment. 

Medical bills are quickly adding up and everyday has proven to have more in the mailbox.  Carl doesn't have medical insurance and no income for a forseeable future.  He was in the hospital 9 days in August, several ER visits, 2 foot surgeries, ongoing diabetes treatement, as well as Dean McGee Eye Institute treatement and injections for his vision due to diabetes. One injection is $2000 each.

We need to ask for any help you are able to offer at this point.  

I am completing paperwork for each of the medical providers that are open to helping with the costs.  He isnt a veteran, so VA benefits are not an option.  He doesn't have Medicaid or Medicare.  Mercy Hospital has been very helpful but the bill is still very high!  We are working with each one but the overall cost and stress is overwhelming. 

Carl has always been a help to many of those around him, both physically and financially when he could.  We would be forever grateful if we could rally and get him help to pay these medical bills until he can get back on his feet (literally and financially).
