Carl's final wishes

Cathy has shared that her beloved Carl DeLong is reaching his final days, and she requests your help.  Things are changing fast and while we never know exactly when we will meet our Maker, Carl's medical team are certain it will be sooner than later.  Possibly even by next week.

Due to Carl's continuing medical issues, work and life insurance are long in the past.  Carl's final wish is to be buried at Brooking cemetery (the one on 53rd Street by Raytown Road - its where his family is buried) in Raytown, Missouri, but unfortunately there is no money to do so. Cathy is doing everything in her power to make this happen - what do you say to somebody who is begging you to bury them in their home town with their family and loved ones, and not cremate or bury them in an area that is not home.   He just wants to be home.

Any help you can give is greatly appreciated.  Cathy is doing her best to grant Carl's final wish, but money does not grow on trees.
