Carla's Battle Against AML

Hi guys, my name is Story and I am fundraising for my mother Carla. After a trip to the ER, and being transported by ambulance twice to two different hospitals and almost dying, she received the diagnosis of Acute Myeloid Leukemia.

She has spent 15 days in the hospital receiving blood and platelet transfusions, as well as both IV and pill forms of chemotherapy.

She will need around the clock attention and care at home as she recovers and continues to receive chemo.

Between the hospital and chemotherapy costs being astronomical, and myself having to take FMLA from work to attend to her for at least the next month, it is taking a massive toll on our finances.

Please, every penny helps take the stress off of an already incredibly strenuous situation.
