Carlene "Claudette" Williams

The friends of Fiona and Connique are fund raising to help these sisters give their mum a worthy send off.

Carlene was a peacemaker and loved her family. She was a fighter and survived meningitis only to be diagnosed with cancer which then became terminal. Despite this she was able to see the birth of her grandkids and both her daughters graduations.

Spending time with mum (Carlene) meant listening to gospel music, being fed (a lot) and recounting her experiences in Jamaica. She loved people and always had an open door. As her condition deteriorated she remained ever close to God unwavering and always hopeful despite the pain.

We lost mum on 15 February and she leaves behind 2 daughters and two granddaughters who will miss her terribly.
