Support for the Carlisle Family

A little over a year ago, a loved one to many, Kathy Carlisle was diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer at only 45 years old. Surgery to remove her mass only brought light to the spreading of the cancer into her stomach lining, making it impossible to operate. Since the discouraging surgery, Kathy has undergone what seems like endless chemotherapy in an effort to slow the spreading, however, this past week, the decision was made to stop the chemotherapy and allow Kathy to spend the end of her fight at home with her family. Kathy has been so incredibly strong throughout her battle with this horrible disease, and she is such an inspiration to all those who love her.

Due to Kathy's worsening health condition, Kathy and her husband, Mike, were able to take early retirement and spend the year traveling and spending time with friends and family while Kathy was still strong enough to do so. The early retirement was such a blessing, however, both Kathy and Mike lost a substancial amount of their retirement funds, as well as benefits like life insurance that would normally cover the costs associated with losing a loved one.

Kathy and her family have recieved so much love and support in this fight and it has meant so much to them.
Although we all continue to pray for a miracle, and will never give up hope, we've decided to create this fund to raise money for Kathy's family in this unimaginably hard time, so they can celebrate Kathy's life and give her the memorial she deserves. Thank you for your continued support, prayers, and kind words, it is so greatly appreciated and has helped Kathy tremendously throughout this fight.
