Carlitos Memorial Fund

As many of you may know Carlos Sotelo known as Carlitos was 19 years old and the son and brother of a beautiful family. He attended UCSD and Friday night left this world and became an angel. I think it's only fitting for his family to help raise some money to lessen the stress during this difficult time. Many of us were offered to have the privilege of knowing Carlitos as the loving , caring , and humble person he always was .
