”It is with a heavy heart that we confirm the passing of Carlos Arturo Soto. He is survived by his Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, and so many uncles and cousins it's hard to count. Regardless of the good and bad moments, those of you who knew him knew he had a big heart. He tried. He really was trying. We are all devastated by his sudden passing and were not prepared for this.
